eBay store fees
What an eBay Store costs, and when it pays for itself.
Six tiers, two billing options, and a fee discount that ranges from substantial to literally zero depending on what you sell. Everything on this page is rendered from eBay's published schedule, the same file that runs our fee calculator. The last table is one eBay doesn't publish: the monthly sales where each tier starts covering its own subscription.
What each tier costs
The yearly column is the price per month when you commit for a year. Rates effective 2026-07-25.
| Tier | Billed monthly | Billed yearly (per month) | Free fixed-price listings/mo | Free auctions/mo | Each extra listing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| No store subscription | Free | Free | 250 (one pool, auction or fixed price) | $0.35 | |
| Starter Store | $7.95/mo | $4.95/mo | 250 (one pool, auction or fixed price) | $0.30 | |
| Basic Store | $27.95/mo | $21.95/mo | 1,000 | 250 in select categories | $0.25 |
| Premium Store | $74.95/mo | $59.95/mo | 10,000 | 500 in select categories | $0.10 fixed / $0.15 auction |
| Anchor Store | $349.95/mo | $299.95/mo | 25,000 | 1,000 in select categories | $0.05 fixed / $0.10 auction |
| Enterprise Store | Not offered | $2,999.95/mo | 100,000 | 2,500 in select categories | $0.05 fixed / $0.10 auction |
Yearly billing is cheaper in exchange for a twelve month commitment. If you're trying a store to see whether it earns its keep, start on monthly billing and switch to yearly once the answer is obvious. Enterprise skips monthly billing entirely.
What a store actually does to your final value fees
Two things on this table surprise people, and both cut against the usual "get a store to lower your fees" advice.
First: Starter is not a fee discount. Its final value fee table is the no-store table, row for row. We checked every row. What $4.95/mo buys is extra free listings and a storefront, which is a fine reason to have one. If lower fees are the reason you're subscribing, Basic is the first tier that changes anything.
Second: the Basic discount is lopsided. Most categories move from 13.6% to 12.7%, which is under a percentage point. Meanwhile Bullion drops from 13.6% to 7.5%, coins from 13.25% to 9%, jewelry from 15% to 13%, and watch parts from 15% to 12.5%. Books, movies, music, NFTs and guitars don't move at all. A bullion seller clears the subscription with a few hundred dollars of monthly sales. A book seller never does.
First-bracket rates, which is what typical orders pay. Cliff categories re-rate the whole sale past their threshold; the full table has every band.

Assumes yearly billing and orders inside the first rate bracket, which is where most orders land. "Never on fees alone" means the category's store rate equals the no-store rate, so no volume of sales recovers the subscription through fees.
Below your category's figure, a store can still make sense โ the free listing allowance is worth real money if you list more than 250 items a month. That's a separate calculation, and it's covered on the insertion fees page.
Changing or cancelling
Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation all happen from the Subscriptions page under My eBay (Account, then Subscriptions, then "Change level" or "Cancel subscription"). Your live listings stay live when you change tier. The thing to decide before you subscribe is billing: the yearly rate is the one in the break-even table above, and it assumes you stay the year.
See the whole fee stack on one sale
A store subscription is one line in the stack. The calculator itemises all of it โ final value fee for your category with and without a store, the per-order fee, insertion fees, promoted listings โ and tells you what you actually keep on a given sale.
